Logging On

In order to log into the system, you will need to have been issued with a username and password. This would have been set up by the course administrator and would have been sent to you via email. If the log on details are not in your inbox, please do check your junk / spam folder. If you still cannot find your log on details, please contact your course administrator who can then contact the support team to resolve the matter.

Changing your Password

For Security purposes all users will need to change their password as soon as they log into the system for the first time. Please follow the onscreen guides. If you forget your password, click on the “forgot my password” link and follow the instructions.

To ensure that your system is fully enabled and ready, please do use the check my system link.

Speed Requirements

We recommned that you have a broadband connection with a speed in excess of 1mbs.

If you have a sufficient broadband connection, but continue to experience slow loading etc, you may have a firewall in place which is slowing down the connection. For further assistance in regards to firewalls and internal security restructions, please contact your local IT department.
